  Please viral this to people in Kuala Selangor I am truly pleased to learn that Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad had finally agreed to stand for the Kuala Selangor parliamentary seat, although I must say that I am saddened that Dr Lee Boon Chye has opted out of GE15.          Both are good people with a heart for the people. They are not in there as politicians to seek after their own agenda, but they truly care for the ordinary people.            Dr Dzul, for example, when he was Minister of Health, was informed of a stateless girl who was suffering from SLE. BUT, Prime Minister, Ismail Sabri Yaakob has committed one of the biggest blunders and will pay heftily for it.  During his campaign speech at the Barisan Nasional (BN) political rally at Bagan Datuk, he revealed that he had instructed the Attorney-General Idrus Harun to take action against his predecessor, Tommy Thomas under the Official Secrets Act (OSA) and defamation law, among others.  Ismail Sabri also said he had declassified the report on the investigation into Thomas’ book, which only goes to show that under the present government, anything can be classified as OSA, and if anything can be used for one’s political mileage, it can be declassified.   Mala Fide           What Ismail Sabri has done appears to go beyond his powers as the chief of the executive branch of the government because the independence of the judiciary is enshrined in our Federal Constitution.  Now, it becomes apparent that t

  Umno leaders may still think that Umno is relevant today but people have already sent the message to Umno for some time. For now, Umno will not be interested in doing some soul-searching. It is gung-ho with the thought that it can still win the general election.           Majority of the non-Malays, including in Sabah and Sarawak, have lost faith in Umno to lead the Barisan Nasional coalition since the last General Election.           What makes Ahmad Zahid Hamidi think otherwise is anyone's wonder. Maybe, the only reason I can think of his demand that Ismail Sabri Yaakob dissolve the parliament despite all the signs that if Umno went ahead with GE15, is because he is too desperate.           I t would also mean that Umno will most likely lose many seats that it once held. For now, Umno is likely to lose its bid for Putrajaya once again.  Rakyat No Longer Stupid          "Kita Jaga Kita" is a strong hashtag that clearly tells us where the people are heading to.
